In this project, we are divided into groups of five and we are required to study the building services systems of high-rise buildings. Below are the building services systems we are exploring:
(i) Fire Protection System
(ii) Mechanical Ventilation System
(iii) Mechanical Transportation System
(iv) Water Supply System
(v) Electrical Supply System
(vi) Sewerage, Sanitary & Drainage System

By completing this project, it allows us to understand the basic principles, process and equipment of various building services systems through experiential learning. Besides, by completing this assignment, we learned the basic mechanism of each systems as well as how the systems intergrate with each other throughout a building. Moreover, we also learnt the drawings conventions and standards for different building services systems.

PROJECT 2 : APPLICATION OF BUILDING SERVICES
In this project, we are assigned to apply several building services systems into our Design Studio 2 Final Project design, which are:
(i) Electrical Supply System
(ii) Cold Water & Hot Water System
(iii) Sewerage & Sanitary System
(iv) Drainage System
By completing this project, we have learnt the mechanism of the building services systems in design and construction. Besides, we also understood the applicability of specific building services systems in the design in response to practical considerations. Appropriate drawings as well as diagrams which includes specifications, symbols, legends, texts are used to describe the planning and installations of all the building services. Moreover, specific clauses from the Uniform Building By-Law (UBBL) are applied as the guidance in my application of the building services systems into my design.
