Throughout this project, I have learnt to identify and define the principles of heat transfer in relation to building and people as well as understanding what is thermal comfort and discussing factors related to thermal comfort. Besides, I also able to analyze the effect of thermal comfort factors in a person and in a space. Moreover, I also have learnt to criticize the design of the space in terms of thermal comfort by referring to MS1525, UBBL, GBI and Green Mark standards. 

 

From this project, I am able to identify the environmental conditions related to site conditions and climate for example the effects of the sun, insulation, thermal mass and air movement on the thermal performance of buildings. 

 

In this project, I have also learnt the usage of software such as Autodesk Revit, Autocad, 3ds Max, Autodesk Vasari as well as Ecotect in order to show the precise and accurate information regarding to our researched building, which is the KETTHA building located in Putrajaya.
